BRUTAL LEGEND - Storyboards

Working on Brutal Legend was brutal. The amount of storyboards needed outweighed the effort to make them look nice, so many look really rushed. It didn't matter really; as long as the boards read well and helped the animators, then all was fine. I took the liberty to inject my humour into them as I went along - which I think brings a sort of charm to the story-telling and flow, while adding gags.

The "Mega-Screen" and music video boards had to be dropped; the script had generated way too much work for the animators to complete. These didn't have a script to them - I just free-wheeled them.
